Included in this Investor Update is the Revenue Report for the State of Tennessee for the month of November 2003. November is the fourth month in the 2003-2004 fiscal year for tax collection purposes.

Letter to Investors from the Governor of Tennessee

This Investor Update also contains a letter from Governor Phil Bredesen announcing the results of the financial closing for fiscal year 2002-03. The letter also discusses the progress that has been made in the in the four step turn around process to control TennCare.

Economic Forecasts for the State of Tennessee

The State Funding Board met on Tuesday, December 9, 2003 to hear reports discussing projections for the growth in state revenues for both fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05. Listed below are the reports of the forecasters.
