NOTICE: APPROVED PROBATIONARY SERVICES PROVIDER PERFORMANCE BOND FORM

As required by Chapter 359, Public Acts of 2001 the Comptroller of the Treasury, State of Tennessee designed a uniform performance bond form to be used by all private entities providing misdemeanor probation supervisory services in the State of Tennessee effective July 1, 2001.
