The members of the Audit Committee of the Tennessee Local Development Authority are:

• The Honorable Dale Sims, State Treasurer - Chairman
• The Honorable Riley Darnell, Secretary of State
• Mr. Dave Goetz, Commissioner Finance and Administration
• Mr. Don Thornton, House Appointee
• Mr. Louis Wright, Senate Appointee

The audit committee is comprised of five members of the Tennessee Local Development Authority. The primary purpose of the Committee is to assist the Authority in fulfilling its oversight with respect to:

• The financial reporting process;
• The system of internal controls and risk management; and
• The internal and external audit process.

Allegations of suspected illegal, improper, wasteful, or fraudulent activities may be anonymously reported to the Director of Internal Audit of the Tennessee Treasury Department at 615-253-2018, by e-mail at Britt.Wood@state.tn.us, or to the Comptroller of the Treasury's fraud hotline at 1-800-232-5454. The audit committee will be notified of any reported allegations.
